We offer several shipping methods at Niksa Homes to accommodate our customers’ needs. Our standard shipping method is free for all orders over ₹1000 within India and typically takes 3-4 business days for Tricity & Punjab, and for other regions, we generally take 8-10 business days.

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours after they are placed, but please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may take longer to process. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Our standard shipping method is free for all orders over ₹1000 within India. For orders under ₹1000, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping and international shipping will incur additional fees.

Orders placed within India are handled by reliable courier companies such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Pickrr. However, there may be locations not served by these companies. In such cases, we will contact you to explore alternative solutions to ensure your products reach you.
For cancellations, please email us within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. We regret that we cannot process any refunds for orders cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed delivery attempts by our delivery partner.
We currently only ship within India and selected international destinations. Some items may also have shipping restrictions due to their size or weight.
Please note that Cash On Delivery (COD) is not a trial option; payment is required before accepting the order. Refusal of COD orders will result in the deactivation of the COD option for future orders.
If unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 business days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To know more, you can check our return policy.
