In the case of damaged or defective items, you have the right to exchange your order within 14 business days, without charge, with the only liability being for any return carriage costs. If you receive any incorrect, damaged, or faulty items, please notify us within 3 days of receipt by providing us with photographic evidence and your order number and contact details.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received them.

In rare cases, the pin code might be unserviceable by our courier partners (Delhivery, Pickrr, and Shiprocket) for returns. In such instances, the reverse pickup can be scheduled once the pin code becomes serviceable again.
While we ship several thousand parcels daily, instances of missing products or theft in transit are extremely rare. If you suspect tampering with your parcel, please contact the Niksa Homes team immediately via email, call, or WhatsApp and capture a video before opening the box.
If you receive an SMS stating that the order has been delivered, yet the parcel still needs to be received, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of the successful delivery notification.
Niksa Homes utilise third-party courier services, and we are not liable for shipping delays. Although we provide an approximate delivery time, we strive to provide the best support to ensure timely deliveries. For time-sensitive orders, feel free to contact our customer support team for further assistance.
Please note that return requests must be approved before processing. The Niksa Homes team must receive and approve your return request via email or text. Once your request is received, it may take up to 48 hours for the team to respond with or without approval.
Upon receiving returns and completing quality checks, a refund will be issued to the original payment source.
There might be slight differences in texture, colour, and size for our artisanal and hand-made products. These natural variations are not considered defects; they add uniqueness to each product. We encourage our lovely customers to appreciate that artisans craft each piece individually, giving rise to these unique characteristics.
